Wom Collection will accept any unused, unwashed product with original packing within 7 Days of purchase.
We only process returns in case of damaged article. For other issues, exchange is available.
Please return items with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason of returning or exchanging.
Customer needs to dispatch the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address to claim refund or exchange.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the return products.
